The fruit is high in vitamins, minerals and monounsaturated fats. It is easily absorbed by the body and reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes and hypertension.





It is not recommended to eat the fruit for people who are allergic or intolerant to this product. In addition, it must be remembered that it is also not worth using in large quantities in order to avoid the occurrence of undesirable reactions of the body. Only the pulp is eaten, the bone contains hazardous substances, so it must be thrown away.
